Renovation of an educational facility in Gardner, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the Gardner Middle School MSBA Accelerated Repair Program Roof Replacement Project. The project includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, removal and disposal of existing EPDM and metal roofing systems, installation of new roof system and accessories, brick masonry repair, installation of new HVAC equipment and electrical system, and other work, appurtenances, and incidental items as set forth in the contract documents. It is the submitter's responsibility to ensure receipt by the Purchasing Department. Qualifications required include DCAMM Certification. Sealed bids from subcontractors are due as specified and required subtrades must be referenced in the documents. Question Deadline 04/02/2026 Any questions during the bidding period as to the interpretation of the Invitation to Bid, form of proposal, form of Contract, plans, specifications or form of performance and payment bonds, must be received by the City not less than five (5) business days prior to the date set for receipt of bids.
