Plans and Specifications are available from designArc Group LLC. Bidders agree that the Plans and Specifications are solely for the purpose of submitting a bid and remain the property of the State. Bids over $100,000 require a certified check, cashier's check, or a draft for 5% of the base bid and all add alternates, drawn on a State or National Bank, mailed to the Office of the State Engineer, or the upload of a 10% bid bond with the electronic bid, issued by a surety authorized to do business in South Dakota and made payable to the Board of Regents. The Board of Regents reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
