Site work and paving for a road / highway in Erlanger, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Bids are to be submitted for the Cintonya Drive Mill & Overlay project. The required work includes providing all material, labor, equipment, and installation needed to complete all project elements. Bidders must purchase bid documents from Viox & Viox, Inc. to qualify as registered bidders. No substitution of contractors is allowed without a change of registration. Each bid must include a cashier's check or bid bond for at least five percent of the bid total, payable to the City of Erlanger. The successful bidder must execute and provide construction contract security amounting to not less than one hundred percent of the bid. All bids must be submitted using the provided Bid Forms in duplicate, detached and submitted in one sealed envelope. Bidders are required to inspect the proposed work site to become familiar with local conditions. The City will evaluate bids in accordance with resident bidder preferences and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified bidder as determined by the Engineer's recommendations. Questions must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the bid date
