Renovation of a mixed-use development in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Repairs to the façade and roofing systems of the A and B Wings, along with select core façade areas of the Medical Center, continuing previously completed repair efforts. Work includes targeted façade restoration on portions of the A Wing, minor repairs at the wing-to-core interface, and additional work at the B Wing Chapel. All repair areas and specific scopes are defined within the accompanying drawings, ensuring restoration of exterior building components to maintain structural integrity and facility condition. Magnitude of Construction: $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00. To preserve the integrity of the procurement process, all questions and request for information must be submitted in writing to terry.fraser@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than 08/07/2026 by 1:00pm. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
