The procurement is for two complete Electric Vehicle Charging Station Test Systems, which must measure the accuracy of commercial EV charging stations throughout New York State. The systems must measure voltage, current, and power output for both AC and DC charging stations, provide comprehensive metering, and connect to all major commercial EV charging equipment. The systems must meet specified industry standards, be NIST traceable, and include adapters for design changes. Software must record, transfer, and index testing data, create editable charging station entries, and export data. Hardware must include all necessary components, be battery-powered and wireless, operate in a wide temperature range, be robust, portable, and include a carrying case. Optional features include Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and GPS. Bidders must provide two annual NIST calibrations and a two-year warranty covering all maintenance and support. Written materials and at least two in-person training sessions are required to instruct department staff in system use. Delivery must occur in under eight weeks from contract execution.
