Site work for a water / sewer project in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal and replacement of sanitary sewer lift station pumps, motors, controls, enclosure and all necessary appurtenances. Bids must be written, sealed, and received by the Contracts and Risk Manager at the designated address by the specified deadline. The City of Sparks reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City, and may waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid process. All bids are to be marked clearly, and physical delivery instructions are provided. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required, serving as a penalty if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract. Bidders must have a current Contractor's License under Nevada State Law for the specified work. Bid documents and specifications may be obtained from the City of Sparks website.
