All bidders must be actively registered as listed in documents and the contract will only be awarded to a contractor that provides evidence of registration and their Unique Entity ID with their bid or promptly upon request after bids are received and prior to contract execution. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Any request from a prospective bidder for the interpretation of meaning of the Contract Documents, or any part thereof, shall be made in writing to Yem Lip, P.E. (maldenengineering@cityofmalden.org), City Engineer, and Nick Pernice (npernice@cityofmalden.org) This is an annual one (1) year contract from the effective date of the contract, with renewal option for up to two (2) additional terms at the sole discretion of the City. The Contractor shall complete all work and services required on or before November 30, 2026 for the first year of the Contract. Should the contract be extended, the completion date shall be November 30, 2027 for the second year. Should the contract be extended again, the completion date shall be November 30, 2028 for the third year.
