Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Malden, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Malden, through the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development, is seeking non-binding expressions of interest and conceptual ideas for the reuse of the former Malden District Courthouse at 89 Summer St., the adjacent small parking lot, and possibly the City-owned parking lot at 0 Summer St. This is a Request for Information (RFI) and not a Request for Proposals (RFP); no award will be made based on the responses. Interested parties are asked to submit conceptual reuse ideas by email. Further details about the property are included in the RFI. Questions regarding the RFI must be submitted in writing via email to dburke@cityofmalden.org, no later than 10AM on Friday, March 13. All parties who have received a copy of the RFI will also be notified via Addendum of any published answers to substantive questions by 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.***
