Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer facilities, and reinforced concrete paving for Cypress Lakes, Section 2 in Harris County, Texas. The scope of work includes 1,980 linear feet of 8-inch water line and all appurtenances, 1,043 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances, and 2,427 linear feet of 12-inch through 36-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances. Sealed bids must be submitted in duplicate or electronically through the specified platform. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder is required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full contract amount. The contractor must submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Contract documents may be accepted, executed, or agreed to through the use of an electronic signature in accordance with the owner's rules for construction contracts. All plans, specifications, and bid documents are available for review at the designated website or office.
