Renovation of an educational facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the removal of an interior wall and associated structural, mechanical, and electrical work as shown on the drawings. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis for a combined contract including general, mechanical, and electrical work for the Lewis Central High School Wrestling Wall Removal located at 3504 Harry Langdon Boulevard, Council Bluffs, Iowa. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Question Deadline 03/31/2026 Questions. Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Architect, except Electrical questions shall be submitted to the Consulting Engineer, Morrissey Engineering. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Project Manual, and will become part of the Contract. The Architect/ Engineer and the Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received less than 48 hours before the bid opening that will affect project construction schedule or project cost cannot be answered.
