The Town of Avon, Board of Education, is soliciting proposals to provide Engineering, Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), and HVAC System Assessment services for all five public schools as well as the Central Office. The Town reserves the right to amend or terminate the request, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, accept or reject any combination of alternates, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the lowest responsible and qualified proposal that meets the criteria set forth and is in the best interests of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
