Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking a vendor to provide various fiber materials through a supply agreement. The bid will be evaluated based on price, lead time, and the vendor's experience and references, in that order of importance. The intent is to award the agreement to one vendor who must offer single unit pricing for all listed items and be able to supply every requested item. No alternates or deviations from the specified requirements will be accepted. Estimated annual usage for each item is provided for pricing reference. The awarded vendor must agree to sign a supply agreement with a five-year term. Bids must include Bid Terms and Conditions, Pricing (Attachment A), References (Attachment B), and Contact Information (Attachment C). Bids can be submitted either electronically or physically.
