Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oroville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of, but is not limited to, Full Depth Reclamation with cement (FDR-C) on Monte Vista Ave from Lincoln Blvd to Lower Wyandotte Road, continuing north on Autrey Lane to Las Plumas Ave; and on Lower Wyandotte Road from Monte Vista Ave to Las Plumas. Paving is required on Monte Vista Ave, Autrey Lane, and Lower Wyandotte Road for the same limits as the FDR-C. The project also includes new curb, gutter, and sidewalk, including an 8-foot wide multi-use pedestrian/bike path along the north side of Monte Vista Ave from Farley Street to Autrey Lane, filling in the gaps for missing 5-foot sidewalk along the south side of Monte Vista Ave from Lincoln Ave Blvd to Autrey Lane and the westerly side of Autrey Lane. Excavation of the gap between existing edge of pavement and the back of new sidewalk to catch points is required. Additional work includes new storm drain, new pedestrian ramps along Monte Vista Ave and Autrey Lane, striping, signage, and roadway reflectors, installation of rapid flashing beacons and driver feedback signs at various locations for school safety enhancement, all in conformance with the California Department of Transportation 2022 Standard Specifications and these Special Provisions, unless specified herein.
