Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Design services for Phase 2 of the Lebanon Sports Complex, located on a 72-acre site, which conceptually includes 8 baseball/softball fields with batting cages and other necessary features, two concessions/restroom buildings, a park maintenance building, greenways/trails, playground(s), and all associated grading, utilities, and site features. The required scope of services includes: environmental analysis (hydrologic determination, TDEC/USACE compliance permitting, threatened & endangered species survey); flood study and FEMA permitting; stormwater design (water quality and quantity); grading and drainage plan; utilities design (water, sewer, electric); and architectural/MEP/structural design for proposed buildings. Proposals should be drafted to focus on prior similar project experience, including detailed roles and benefits to the success of each referenced project. Qualifications packages should also include a brief firm history, team expertise, relevant previous projects, project approach, names and qualifications of key staff (including the project manager), up to five references for similar projects, up to three sample products, and any additional pertinent information. Proposals must demonstrate experience in similar sports/recreational facility projects and may be evaluated and selected based on qualifications of personnel and firm, understanding of project goals, ability to lead public and in-house meetings, quality of materials submitted, and responsiveness to requirements.
