The work consists of stormwater management improvements at the Valencia Water Reclamation Plant, including replacing a pump (with power and controls), installing precast vaults and catch basins, modifying an electric switchgear, installing a flow meter, constructing a sampling location, and making various grading and pavement improvements across the site. At the Saugus bypass gate structure within the Green Landscape Nursery, work includes installing a new bypass gate structure with a gate actuator, and relocating and replacing the existing control panel to be closer to the new structure. Each prime contractor intending to bid must attend a mandatory jobsite walk-through. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically in accordance with the Bid Documents, Plans, Special Provisions, Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, 2024 Edition, including Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts Amendments, and any issued addenda. Bidders must obtain the Bid Documents through QuestCDN for a nominal non-refundable fee. Only those bidders who have obtained and properly downloaded the Bid Documents may submit an electronic bid.
