Saugus High School Portable Removable Project. The required California contractor license is a C-21 Building Moving/Demolition Contractor. If a bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds any conflict, omission or other discrepancy in any Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents, the bidder must submit a written request to the Architect for an interpretation or correction of the applicable Contract Documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Districts eProcurement Portal. Bidders may obtain all necessary documents via the same portal. Each bid must be submitted with the security described in the instructions for bidders. Attendance at the mandatory job walk is required. Any bidder who does not attend the entire job walk will be deemed non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bid. Performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to 100% of the total contract price, must be provided by the successful bidder.
