GILBERT intends to hire a qualified multidisciplinary consultant team to provide professional planning, urban design, and related services for the development of a comprehensive Master Plan for the Civic Center Campus. The Master Plan will establish a long-term vision and guiding framework to support efficient public service delivery, operational needs, and stewardship of public resources. Civic Center Campus is located north and south of Civic Center Drive between Gilbert Rd. and American Heros Way. Final Draft Master Plan must be complete by June 30, 2027 (10 months). Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Architecture/Engineering firms must be submitted electronically via the Town of Gilbert electronic bidding platform. The SOQ shall consist of a single, PC-readable, non-password-protected .pdf document, including all information items listed in the RFQ in the order listed. Any submittal not conforming to the RFQ will be considered non-responsive. SOQs not received electronically via the specified platform will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the A/E to ensure timely and proper submission. No amendments will be accepted. All communication regarding the solicitation must go through the designated Procurement Officer. GILBERT reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject all submittals, re-advertise, or cancel the project at its sole discretion. Minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to submit.
