The Purpose of This Project is to Level and Overlay Approximately 9.327 Miles of Highway 278 in Howard County. This Project Consists of Removal and Disposal of Guardrail, Earthwork, Trenching and Shoulder Preparation, Aggregate Base Course, Achm Binder and Surface Courses, Cold Milling of Asphalt Pavement, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, Guardrail, Erosion Control, Rumble Stripes, Pavement Marking, and Misc. Items. Length: 9.327 Miles in Length. The deadline to submit a question is the Wednesday prior to the scheduled letting date. A question submitted after the close of business on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled letting date may not receive a response.
