Site work and paving for a civil project in Navarre, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Bethlehem Township Road Repair Project. Project A involves work on Hensel St SW from Blough Ave SW, west to State Route 21. This project is funded through an Ohio Public Works Grant and includes replacement of three culverts, paving, and berm material. Completion is required between June 15, 2026 and August 15, 2026 due to school and farm equipment use. Project B includes Kemary Ave SW from Fohl Rd SW south to Hudson Dr SW, Kemary Ave SW from Hudson Dr SW to the dead end, Florance Ave SW south to the dead end, and Werstler Ave SW north to the dead end. The work includes all labor, equipment, material, appurtenances, and incidentals for the construction of the road project and items necessary for a complete project in accordance with the specifications. All bids must be in conformity with the Ohio Revised Code and submitted in a sealed envelope or as otherwise instructed. Bids must include the full name of each submitting party and be signed by an authorized official. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor where practicable, and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code and Governor's Executive Order 84-9. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bid at the discretion of the Board, which reserves the right to exercise full discretion and not necessarily award to the lowest bid.
