Site work for a transportation facility in Holbrook, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The work involves crack sealing, seal coating, and remarking Runway 3/21 at Holbrook Municipal Airport. Each bid must include a PDF copy of a Bid Bond of at least ten percent of the total bid, executed by a Surety Company and made payable to the City of Holbrook. Bidders must supply all required information and bid on all items of every schedule. The City of Holbrook reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for 120 days from the opening. The contract is subject to compliance with Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurance, Davis-Bacon Act, Debarment and Suspension restrictions, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements, Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, Lobby Federal Employee restrictions, Procurement of Recovered Materials requirements, and Trade Restriction Certification. Minimum wage rates as established by the Secretary of Labor apply to all awarded schedules.
