Renovation of a multi-residential development in Los Angeles, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a five-unit multi-residential development.
*This project has been cancelled* Quotes are requested for the HUD Healthy Homes Program (HH-025-1) for properties at specified addresses. All labor, material, and equipment must be provided to perform all required and incidental work as outlined. Contractors must submit their quotes on the provided Quote Sheet, along with all required forms, proof of contractor's license, EPA certification, RRP Renovator Certification, and insurance coverage. All required documentation must be uploaded electronically as specified. Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre Quote/Job Walk Meeting at the project site. Contractors must possess a valid B-General Building Contractor License, EPA "Lead-Safe" Certification, and RRP Renovator Certification. Required insurance includes General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Automobile Insurance, Crime Insurance, and Pollution Liability Insurance, as well as a Contractor License Surety Bond. Work must begin within ten days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and be completed within thirty calendar days. Failure to complete work on time may result in a $500 per day penalty. All quotes must be labeled appropriately and received before the stated due date and time.
