Sealed bids are invited for Orestimba High School Track Replacement. Bids must be submitted using the forms included in the Bid Package. Plans and specifications are available from TPH Architects' website. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk. Bids from contractors not in attendance at the pre-bid job walk will not be accepted. Only prequalified general contractors and mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing subcontractors may submit or be included in bids for this project. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, and prevailing wage rates apply. A valid A or B contractor's license is required. The District reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the bidding. Pre-qualification requirements: All prospective general contractors, and mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing subcontractors must be prequalified through Quality Bidders at www.qualitybidders.com. Any bids from contractors or subcontractors who have not been prequalified will be returned unopened or deemed non-responsive. Only contractors and subcontractors registered with the Department of Industrial Relations will be considered for award or listing on bid proposals.
