Demolition and renovation of a multi-residential development in Anthony, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
Bids are being solicited for demolition and asbestos removal at 512 S. Lincoln as part of the CDBG Home Rehabilitation Project. The project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant, and is aimed at enhancing the safety and wellbeing of the Anthony community. Certain restrictions and federal requirements apply, and a list of required contractor certifications is available upon request. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site and sign the attendance sheet; bids from those who do not attend will be considered non-responsive. Sealed bids will be received at 124 S. Bluff, Anthony, KS 67003, and digital submissions are permitted through a secure Dropbox link. All subcontractors must be listed, and documentation showing minimum qualifications for contractors and subcontractors is required. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. No withdrawal of bids is permitted within 60 days after bid opening.
