The project consists of remodeling existing restroom facilities at the City of Roswell Transit Facility to improve functionality, code compliance, and accessibility. The work includes limited utility excavation and trenching for water and sanitary sewer service directly associated with the restroom remodel. The restroom remodel includes, but is not limited to: - Demolition and removal of existing restroom fixtures, partitions, finishes, and accessories within the designated restroom areas - Installation of new plumbing fixtures, accessories, partitions, grab bars, mirrors, dispensers, and related components - ADA-compliant improvements, including clearances, mounting heights, and accessible hardware - New flooring, wall finishes, base, and ceiling finishes within the restroom areas only - Interior plumbing modifications required to serve the remodeled restrooms - Electrical work limited to restroom lighting, switches, receptacles, exhaust fans, and associated devices - Patching, repair, and restoration of adjacent surfaces disturbed by restroom work - Testing, inspections, final cleanup, and turnover of restroom areas The City of Roswell is seeking sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the Transit Facility Restroom Remodel. All solicitations and responses are managed electronically through the OpenGov e-Procurement Portal. Interested bidders must create a free OpenGov account and submit their bids electronically. No bids submitted after the specified due date and time will be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall.
