Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Paso Robles, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The project is for the construction work involving the relocation of two portables and installation of a new play structure at Kermit King Elementary School. Bids must be sealed and comply with detailed Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications available for purchase and download through ASAP Reprographics. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements, registration under Labor Code section 1725.5 for public works, and proper contractor licensing (Class "A or B"). The contract time allowed is 120 calendar days. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required, and bid security must be provided with each bid. Successful bidders must furnish Payment and Performance Bonds, and are allowed to substitute securities or escrow in lieu of retainage.
