Award is subject to final approval Reference number: 20128162 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-23 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 Description The City of Matane is requesting bids for the project to pipe a 1050 mm sewer line between Rues Fournier and Étienne-Gagnon , at Rue Laurier . The project consists of rehabilitating the sewer line over approximately 180 linear meters, also to proceed with the installation of a new manhole at the end of the lining, on the side of rue Étienne-Gagnon , including the repair of the roadway structure, the paving, the construction of concrete curbs and sidewalks on Rues Fournier . ADMISSION CONDITIONS In addition to contractors having an establishment in Québec, those who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to tender for the execution of the work. To be valid, all tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft, suretyship or bank guarantee valid for a period of ninety (90) days in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including taxes, and issued on behalf of the CITY OF MATANE.
