District-Wide Summer Deep Cleaning and Disinfecting Services - Scope includes providing comprehensive deep cleaning and disinfecting services for K-12 school facilities throughout the district during the summer maintenance period and other requested cleaning services. QA Date changed 03/27/2026 to 04/02/2026. at 4:00 PM ET All questions concerning this proposal should be submitted via online. All questions and answers will be posted on online. Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. The successful Bidder may be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Contract Documents contain all pertinent regulations. The Chester Upland School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Chester Upland School District.
