Paving and renovation of a multi-residential development in Barre, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids from qualified roofing contractors are requested for a re-roofing project at Tilden House. The project involves a complete roofing tear-off down to the concrete deck, replacement of insulation and roof membrane, flashings, and associated roof accessories. The project is federally funded and must comply with Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) requirements, including Davis-Bacon Wage rates and BABA purchasing policies. Bid bond and Performance (Labor and Material) Bonds are required. Bid packages are available for purchase. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through at the Tilden House site is required for all bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Minority and woman owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
