The project consists of furnishing and delivering specified bridge components for a new vehicular bridge over Lytle Creek. The proposed bridge will be a single-span galvanized rolled steel beam superstructure with a composite reinforced concrete deck on integral abutments. This contract covers Bid Package No. 1 of two, and the materials provided will be delivered to the City for later use in the construction and installation under a separate contract. Bidders must register with the specified web service, submit their proposals electronically, and provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as required by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The successful bidder will be required to replace the bid guaranty with a 100 percent Performance Bond upon award. Proposals must contain the full name of all parties submitting and interested in the proposal, and evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity must be submitted. The owner requires delivery of materials no later than October 5, 2026. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days of the bid opening. The City reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any or all bids, and waive any irregularities.
