Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wellston, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Jackson County will assist the City of Wellston reconstruct S. New York Avenue, between 10th and 11th Streets. Bidders must submit a bid bond for 100% of the bid amount with approved surety or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for not less than 10% of the bid amount. Bids must be sealed, marked for the project, and delivered to the Jackson County Board of Commissioners. Bidders are required to comply with Federal Labor Standards Provisions, Davis-Bacon Wages, insurance requirements, Federal Section 3, Equal Opportunity provisions, and Buy American provisions. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days post-opening. The commissioners reserve the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
