Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cadiz, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project was awarded to Payne & Nolan but the awarded amount is not available. The Town of Cadiz is requesting bids for maintenance of Allen Road from Melvin Road north to Pilz Road. The scope includes adding 3 inches of gravel to the road, pulverizing existing asphalt/aggregate, spreading, shaping and compacting the old furnish, hauling, laying, and compacting 3.5 inches of hot mix asphalt in two layers, and constructing dense graded base shoulders. The road is 0.91 miles long and 22 feet wide. Sealed bids are due to the Town Clerk by noon on Monday, March 30, 2026. The Town reserves the right to award projects to separate bidders, to one bidder, or to any combination thereof, and also reserves the right to refuse any or all bids and/or reject the low bid for cause.
