Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work involves the Lot B Renovation and Farmers Market Pavilion at 152 E Grandview Parkway, Traverse City. Principal items of work include: 386 tons of HMA, 4EL Top (165#/Syd); 386 tons of HMA, 4EL Leveling (165#/Syd); and 1 lump sum for the Farmers Pavilion structure, which includes foundations, steel structure, wood frame structure, metal roofing, skylights, gutters and downspouts, hose bibs, and electrical service with lights and power. A certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount must be submitted as a guarantee of good faith. The City of Traverse City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept bids either entirely or individually in their best interests. Bidders are responsible for acknowledging all addenda with the sealed bid. Plans and specifications may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer or viewed and printed from the Builders Exchange Northwest Michigan or BidNet Direct. Printed plans may be ordered online with payment. Members and non-members must track addenda appropriately. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE REQUIRED Question Deadline 04/01/2026 Please submit all questions to zcole@traversecitymi.gov seven (7) days prior to bid due date. B. Addenda may be emailed to all who are known by the Engineer to have received a complete set of bidding documents.
