Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The work consists of three parts: City funded, Manitoba Hydro funded, and third-party funded work. City funded work includes asphalt reconstruction on Chancellor Drive (north leg) from Markham Road to 1662 Chancellor Drive, pavement rehabilitation on Kings Drive, Kings Park roads and parking lot, La Porte Drive Rue Le Maire Alley, Lamirande Place Dubois Place Alley, thin bituminous overlay on Carrigan Place and Peacock Place, asphalt paths on Kings Drive, sidewalk renewals at various locations, and transit stop improvements at Tim Sale Drive, Bairdmore Boulevard, and Dalhousie Drive. Manitoba Hydro funded work includes street lighting and associated work on Chancellor Drive (north leg). Third-party funded work includes asphalt paths in Kings Park. Major components of the work involve removal and replacement of pavement, excavation, manhole repairs, installation of catch basins and leads, watermain service insulation, compaction, subdrains, geotextile fabric and geogrid placement, granular base installation, curb and asphalt placement, concrete sidewalk renewal, topsoil and sod, street lighting removal and installation, and construction or renewal of sidewalks and transit stop areas. Funding for parts 2 and 3 is contingent on approval; the City may eliminate all or any portion of these parts if funding is not received. Bidders are instructed to submit all bids online.
