The work consists of asphalt pavement reconstruction and associated works on McKenzie Street from Jefferson Avenue to Kingsbury Avenue; concrete pavement rehabilitation and associated works on Perth Avenue from Parr Street to McGregor Street, Sasaki Crescent Alley from Sasaki Crescent to Sorokin Street, St. Anthony Avenue from Parr Street to Andrews Street, and Sweetwood Bay from Forest Park Drive to Forest Park Drive; thin bituminous overlay and associated works on Warren Place from Amanda Crescent to End; and sewer repairs and associated works at the above locations. Major components include renewal and construction of sidewalks, curbs, and reinforced concrete structures; removal and replacement of existing pavements, curbs, and manholes; excavation, compaction, installation of catch basins, sewer service pipes, subdrains, insulation, placement of sub-base and base course materials, grading, regrading, placement of asphalt pavement in multiple lifts, construction of concrete and asphalt features, pavement overlays, concrete repairs, installation of pavement repair fabric, construction of speed humps, placement of sod, and sewer and manhole video inspections.
