Demolition, site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Bethel, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 900-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Town of Bethel is accepting proposals to replace the existing salt shed with a 30' x 30' SteelMaster roof kit model R30-15, on a poured concrete foundation measuring 30'-5.5" long by 30'-2.5" wide by 6" thick slab, with 10' walls (2' inground, 8' out). The project includes #4 rebar throughout footer, walls, and floor, with 2' returns on end walls. Walls and footers are to be keyed in. The concrete must be sealed with a salt resistant sealer. The SteelMaster roof kit will be supplied onsite by the Town, and all other materials shall be provided by the contractor. Questions Deadline: Monday, May 4, 2026 at 1pm
