The Town of Bethel is requesting sealed lump sum proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a 40' x 60' open-front post-frame equipment storage building located in Bethel, Vermont. The project is classified as a job contract and involves construction (building) and concrete work. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory site visit at the Bethel Town Garage at 443 Sand Hill in Bethel, VT. Additional information and related documents are available through specified channels. Construct a new post-frame (pole barn) structure for municipal equipment storage. The building shall include structural framing, roofing, siding, foundation system, and gravel base floor. This project is unheated and intended for equipment storage only. The excavation and gravel pad will be provided by the Town.
