Site work and paving for a civil project in Bethel, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Town of Bethel is accepting proposals for work to be done on Watershed Road and Findley Bridge/North Main. This is part of a grant program to bring hydrologically connected road segments into compliance under the State’s Municipal Roads General Permit. The project requires bidders to participate in a mandatory site visit at 200 Findley Bridge Road. Scope of Work: Section 1 - Findley Bridge Road/North Main Street 1. Replace culvert #1, currently a 15", with an 18" x 40' - stone inlet/outlet and ditch into the culvert. 2. Stone line culvert #29. 3. Add 18" x 40' driveway culvert at 1822 Findley Bridge Road. 4. Add two new 18" x 40' culverts, stone line inlet/outlet. 5. Berm removal on both sides of road for approximately 328'. 6. Stone line with 7" to 12" erosion stone a turnout and approximately 660' of ditches, both sides of the road from the top of the hill. 7. Bare soils must be hydroseeded or covered with seed/mulch. Section 2 - Watershed Road 1. Replace culvert #2, currently a 15", with a 24" x 40' - stone inlet/outlet 2. Berm removal on both sides of road for approximately 340', and stone line ditch with 7" to 12" erosion stone. 3. Clean, shape and grass line a ditch to box culvert (left side) approximately 750'. 4. Stone line a ditch with 7" to 12" erosion stone left conveyance to box culvert. 5. Bare soils must be hydroseeded or covered with seed/mulch.
