Exterior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard within containment. Apply a four (4) coat zinc epoxy urethane fluoropolymer system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Apply a polyurethane caulk to the roof lap seams. Coordination and payment for removal and reinstallation of the cathodic protection system by the Owner's vendor (or approved equal) is the Contractor's responsibility. Foundation: Repair grout. Repair cracks. Abrasive blast clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: Install a sidewall manway, replace sidewall manway gasket, replace sidewall manway nuts and bolts, install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch, install a second wet interior roof hatch, install deflector bars on the fill draw pipe, install a sample tap on the fill draw pipe in the pit, install a sidewall platform and replace the sidewall ladder, remove a penetration in the lower sidewall, weld steel plates over the cathodic lift holes, install a roof handrail with a painter's railing, tighten the anchor bolt nuts, replace the altitude valve in the pit, and install grounding rods for the structure. The Contractor is to abide by the following schedule: Commence work on or after May 4, 2026. Substantial Completion by July 3,2026, including cure and disinfection time. The tank may be out-of-service for a maximum of 55 days. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Sunday. The Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to DIXON in writing.
