Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jesup, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are requested for the crack seal, rejuvenation, and marking of the apron and Runway 11-29, as well as apron drainage improvements at Jesup-Wayne County Airport. The base bid involves the rehabilitation of approximately 11,200 square yards of existing parking apron asphalt pavement. Bid additive 1 covers approximately 9,930 square yards, bid additive 2 includes the rejuvenation, crack sealing, and remarking of Runway 11-29 (61,200 square yards), and bid additive 3 involves the installation of a trench drain on the apron. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked and addressed as specified, and accompanied by the required bid security and documents. If mailed or delivered, the sealed envelope should be placed within another envelope labeled with 'BID ENCLOSED for (Project Name)'.
