The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the following work: Demolition and removal of approximately 245 square yards of existing asphalt parking lot; Installation of approximately 400 square yards of graded aggregate base and asphalt pavement; Application of seal coat to approximately 2,650 square yards of existing parking lot surface. Striping is not included in this contract. All work shall be performed in accordance with the latest edition of the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. Contractors submitting bids must be currently approved and certified by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
