Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Kesley, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Work consists of three new free-standing, wood-framed buildings (shell only) on three separate parcels of land in three different communities. The buildings are identical. Notice is given that sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on April 9, 2026. Work is to be completed as described in the construction documents. The documents may be examined at the office of the Architect. Use complete, full-sized sets of bidding documents in preparing bids. Submit Bid Security in the form and amount indicated in the Instructions to Bidders with the Bid Form. Bids may not be withdrawn prior to 60 calendar days after the actual date of opening bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, any bid not accompanied by the required bid security or other required data, or any bid that is incomplete or irregular. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for detailed requirements regarding how to complete and submit bid forms. Bids shall not be submitted via mail to the bid opening location. Bids shall be made on the Bid Forms provided. Successful bidders will be required to comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds prior to beginning work, and must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
