Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 7, 2026, the project is not yet awarded. The project is to replace the Motor Control Center (MCC) for the Aeration Blower Building on the Secondary Treatment Train #3 at the WWTP in Hanover Township, PA. The existing Square D (9) section MCC will be removed and replaced with a new Allen-Bradley (9) section Centerline 2100 MCC. All work is to be performed in accordance with project specifications and scope of work. The project will include but is not limited to medium voltage power isolation, lock-out/tag-out, selective demolition, determination/termination of various conductors, conduit/wire trough modifications, and conduit/wire trough installations. The new MCC will be supplied by the authority to the contractor as individual sections. Contractor-supplied materials will be minimal. All labor, tools, equipment, and materials not provided by the authority must be provided by the contractor. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids, and to waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities.
