Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Linden, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility.
Bids are requested for General Building Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction at Perry County Health Department. Bidders must submit their Affidavit and Certified Application for The Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program in a separate envelope attached to the bid envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid. Bidders must comply with the General Licensing Act and, if applicable, be licensed as a Masonry Contractor (LMC) for masonry portions of $100,000 or more. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain necessary insurance and bonds for the work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and acceptable insurance will be required from the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for 90 days after opening. Perry County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities or irregularities. Questions from bidders must be directed to the Engineer or Owner as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for preparation and distribution of addenda.
