Sealed bids are requested for the Addison Central School District Addison Tuscarora Parent Drop Off project. Separate bids are requested for the General Contractor (Contract 101). Bidders are required to submit a copy of their valid NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry Certificate of Registration with their bid. Applications for registration are not accepted as a substitute for a valid certificate. A bid not accompanied by required bid security, a valid NYS Department of Labor Certificate of Registration, or any other required data may be rejected if incomplete or irregular. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must execute the contract and furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond within ten days of award. Bidders shall not withdraw their bids for forty-five days after the bid opening. Attention is called to the employment conditions and minimum wage rates required under this contract.
