Reference Number 0000416319 Question Deadline 03/25/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes The City of East Point ("Owner") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and incidentals necessary to replace existing filter level transducers at the East Point City Treatment Plant. General Requirements - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 100 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The City of East Point reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities. The Contractor shall provide a complete, turnkey installation including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Remove and replace a total of twelve (12) existing filter level transducers. 2. Disconnect, remove, and properly dispose of all existing level sensing equipment in accordance with applicable regulations. 3. Furnish and install twelve (12) new non-contact level transducers meeting or exceeding the specified technical requirements. 4. Provide and install new mounting hardware and supports designed to prevent signal interference from filter walls, weirs, or structural components. 5. Connect new level transducers to existing surge protection equipment located at each filter. 6. Coordinate with Data Flow Systems to verify proper communication with the existing SCADA system. 7. Perform calibration and configuration of each device to ensure accurate level measurement. 8. Provide all necessary Bluetooth access codes, passwords, configuration credentials, and documentation to the City upon completion, if applicable. 9. Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the project and restore any disturbed areas to original condition.
