Renovation of an educational facility in Marcy, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes a General Construction Contract to perform the work associated with the 2023/2024 Capital Outlay Project at the Marcy Elementary School for the Whitesboro Central School District. Submit two copies of the Bid Form in a sealed envelope addressed to the Whitesboro Central School District. Contract Documents may be examined at specified locations and downloaded from the Plan and Print Systems, Inc. website for a non-refundable cost. Drawings, specifications, and bid forms may also be obtained at Plan & Print Systems, Inc. with a deposit. Only complete sets will be issued. Contract documents can be delivered via UPS Ground upon request and payment of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge. Return sets promptly in re-usable condition within 30 days after the date of Bid opening for a deposit refund. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must observe requirements as to conditions of employment and attached wage rate schedules. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within forty-five (45) days after the Bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and reject any or all Bids, and to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the Instructions to Bidders. The District follows a nondiscrimination policy. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended.
