CR#: 2135607 The NYS Office of Mental Health and Central New York Psychiatric Center seek a contractor to provide preventive maintenance of generator and ancillary equipment at Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Rd, Marcy, NY. The Program Work Plan with preventive maintenance tasks, equipment list, and schedule matrix is detailed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bidders must use the provided Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format to submit their bids. A mandatory site visit is required, and interested bidders must register by submitting the Site Visit Registration Form and Intent to Bid (Attachments B and B-1 of the IFB). Additional instructions, including the process for submitting questions and receiving responses, are provided in the IFB. MWBE and SVDOB participation goals apply, as do prevailing wage requirements. Vendors are instructed to only contact the designated, sole point of contact during the restricted period of communication. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by July 8, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on July 15, 2026.
