WASTEWATER SYSTEMS NO. U233C - for improvement of Grace Avenue Sewer in Section 7 of Township 25 N, Range 45 E.W.M. by sewer main extension, sanitary sewer service construction, 48" diam. manhole, crushed surfacing, HMA paving, PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 48" diam. manhole, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount proposed. Bid deposits must be made payable to the Spokane County Treasurer and be accompanied by a completed Bid Deposit Form if in cash. Surety bonds must be from a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Washington and accompanied by the County's Bid Deposit Surety Bond Form. Failure to submit the required bond or bid deposit may result in rejection of the bid. The successful bidder must file a performance bond in the full amount of the contract price by a Surety Company acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a single bid and to waive all informalities in the bidding. Bidders may obtain project documents from the Spokane County's Plan Room or at the office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners. Printed documents are available at bidder expense.
