The work consists of replacement of six Aquatic Organism Passage culverts within the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge. Construction includes removal of existing culverts and installation of new AOP culverts to improve aquatic organism passage and site functionality. The project is located within a shallow, environmentally sensitive refuge area and covers an approximate project length of 0.23 miles. The contract will be a sealed bid, firm-fixed-price construction effort with multiple schedules and fixed completion dates extending through Fall 2028.
