Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Unit-price contract for installation and/or removal of bus stop infrastructure. Work may include traffic control, demolition, grading, concrete flatwork, landscaping, and street sign pole installation. Electronic copies of plans and specifications are available from the Procurement Coordinator. State of Washington prevailing wage rates apply. No bids may be withdrawn after submission unless the contract award is delayed for over ninety days. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Use of Minority and Women's Business Enterprise (MWBE) contractors and suppliers, as well as Veteran-owned Businesses, is encouraged but not mandatory. Compliance with all federal, state, and local Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations is required. PROJECT LOCATION Various locations and municipalities within STA Public Transportation Benefit Area (PTBA), all within Spokane County.
